The International Criminal Court (ICC) is an intergovernmental organisation and international tribunal that focusses on criminal cases. This The Hague-based organisation has the juristdiction to prosecute criminals when national cours are unable or unwilling to do so. The (Reformed) Security Council can also redirect a certain case to the International Criminal Court.
