The International Criminal Court (ICC) is an intergovernmental organisation and international tribunal that focusses on criminal cases. This The Hague-based organisation has the juristdiction to prosecute criminals when national cours are unable or unwilling to do so. The (Reformed) Security Council can also redirect certain cases to the International Criminal Court.
